International Education Week

A week-long annual celebration of international education and exchange from November 17 - 21, 2025, culminating in our signature event All Around the World: Languages and Cultures Festival on Fri., Nov. 21 at 5 p.m.

TU International is pleased to invite all students, faculty, and staff to participate in International Education Week 2025. This joint initiative from the U.S. Departments of Education and State highlights new and continuing international activities on campus. It starts Monday (Nov. 17) and will continue throughout the week with events, interactive activities, information sessions and more! Check frequently for updated schedule and consider submitting an internationally focused event for inclusion . * International Initiatives office reserves rights on final decision for inclusion

Monday, November 17

Chalk The Flags

IDLA 480- Global Internship in the Liberal Arts

The College of Liberal Arts (CLA) is thrilled to announce a special event highlighting our new course: IDLA 480: Global Internship in the Liberal Arts. Join us to learn how you can gain hands-on international experience, apply your liberal arts education in a global context, and build the skills needed for today's interconnected world. This new course offers students the opportunity to combine academic learning with practical experience abroad, fostering cultural competence, adaptability, and professional growth.

Mindful Journeys: Restorative Yoga

Mindful Journeys: Restorative Yoga for International Education Week honors the roots of yoga in ancient Indian tradition, inviting participants to slow down and reconnect with mindful presence. Through gentle movement and breath, this practice cultivates restoration, gratitude, and appreciation for the culture that gave rise to yoga's timeless wisdom.

Join us for breakfast to learn more about the TU Global Internship Program with our partners at AIFS Abroad.Hear about summer internship opportunities in a wide variety of disciplines in Argentina, Australia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, and the United Kingdom as you learn about how the TU Global Internship program differs from other international internship opportunities. Representatives from AIFS Abroad and former interns will be on hand to speak about the steps, answer your questions, and more.
