Graduate Student Appeals

                              regarding the appeal process pathways and information specific to each type of appeal.
                               
The form below should be utilized to submit an appeal and upload documentation that
                        falls under the categories of:
- academic dismissal
- programmatic dismissal
- grade appeal
- graduation deficiency
- time limit
Formally submit a graduate student appeal.
Appeals falling under the category of “late registration,” “late/retroactive withdrawal” or “repeating a course” must be submitted to the Academic Standards area of the Registrar’s Office.
