Group Visits
Group visits consist of a 30-minute information session followed by a 75-minute campus tour for groups of 10-50 students. Review the guidelines and steps for requesting a group visit.

Group Visit Qualifications
- We provide group visits for high school students (9th-12th grade), transfer student groups and adult groups.
- We can accommodate groups of 10-50 students.
- If you have less than 10 students, please email campustours AT_TOWSON for scheduling.
- We require one chaperone for every 10 students.

Group Visit Policies
- The person scheduling the visit must accompany the group to campus.  
- We prioritize visits requested directly by schools and community-based organizations.
- Groups are required to provide their own transportation. 
- Group Visits are not guaranteed and will not be confirmed until our office has contacted you and an agreement has been signed.
- Requests are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

TU Faculty/Staff Requests for Group Visits/On Campus Programming
This form is for TU Faculty and Staff hosting groups on campus for department-specific programming.
While hosting an event or field trip within your department, you can request the following support from the Office of Admissions:
- Campus Tour: We'll arrange for our Student Ambassadors to give a 75-90 minute,
general campus tour. - Admissions Information Session: An Admissions Counselor will provide a 30-minute presentation about TU, covering our institutional highlights and the application and financial aid process.
Please review the following guidelines:
- Visitors must be high school students (9th-12th grade), transfer student groups or
adults.
- We cannot accommodate groups of elementary/middle school-aged students.
- Requests should be made at least four weeks before the event date.
- We cannot accommodate requests that conflict with Admissions programming or occur outside of business hours.
- We can accommodate up to 50 students and require one chaperone per ten students.
- If you are requesting assistance with a program of more than 50 visitors, we may charge your department a fee.
