Michelle joined Towson University in the summer of 2025 after spending three years
                                 working in health promotion and wellness at Lewis and Clark College. She earned her
                                 Master of Public Health degree from the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, with a concentration
                                 in sexual and reproductive health and gender and sexual minority health. Michelle
                                 is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and is also certified in public
                                 health (CPH). She is passionate about promoting health equity, LGBTQ+ health and reducing
                                 stigma related to body size and weight. Michelle enjoys helping others find practical,
                                 sustainable ways to care for their well-being. In her free time, she loves hiking, cooking, crafting, traveling and spending time
                                 with her partner and their three furbabies, Iyla, Blue and Slushy. She’s also a big
                                 fan of documentaries/docuseries, audiobooks and the Maintenance Phase podcast. |
